Medical Therapy Services

We offer medical massage and manual therapy treatment as necessary to restore or improve lost function caused by injury, illness, or other medical conditions. If covered by your health insurance, we offer comprehensive billing services including verification of benefits. We are preferred providers with the following insurance companies: Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield Federal Employee Program (FEP), PacificSource, Premera Blue Cross, Moda Health, Providence Health Plan, Regence BCBS of Oregon

Accident or Injury Treatment

This service incorporates multiple modalities and is individually tailored to address musculoskeletal diagnoses and pain syndromes as prescribed by a physician or relief relating to injuries sustained in an accident. This service includes initial evaluation, ongoing assessments, clinical documentation, and a team-based approach to case management in collaboration with referring providers. Includes coordination of billing with your Personal Injury Protection carrier if required, and production of records in the event of litigation. Requires a prescription from a physician prior to first appointment.
